This internship provides a unique opportunity to collaborate with global Finance teams on strategic initiatives focused on improving business processes through AI-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with global Finance teams to understand current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Analyze large volumes of financial and operational data to generate meaningful insights. Research, evaluate, and leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and decision-making. Support the design, testing, and implementation of AI-enabled solutions that streamline financial processes.

Assist in data preparation, validation, visualization, and reporting activities. Participate in cross-functional projects involving Finance, Technology, and Business stakeholders. Document findings, recommendations, and best practices. Job Requirements: Active university student enrolled in an accredited university in Costa Rica. Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in one of the following (or related fields):o Computer Scienceo Software Engineeringo Data Scienceo Data Analyticso Computer Engineeringo Artificial Intelligenceo Information Systemso Industrial Engineering (with strong analytics focus) Intermediate to Advanced English Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Interest in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, or Process Automation. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multicultural, and global environment. Availability to work remotely. Experience: Knowledge of AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Azure AI, Power BI AI capabilities, or similar technologies. Experience with Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other data analytics tools. Familiarity with automation tools such as Power Automate or similar platforms. Understanding of data visualization and data storytelling.

Specific Skills & Knowledge Required: Hands-on experience applying Artificial Intelligence to solve real business challenges. Exposure to global Finance operations and cross-functional collaboration.
