As an Area Maintenance Team Lead at Amazon, you'll play an important role in ensuring workplace safety and supporting our world-class distribution network. Key job responsibilities• Supervise a team of facilities associates, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and maintenance procedures • Follow and implement maintenance solutions according to established guidelines • Monitor maintenance budgets and track resource usage • Coordinate with contractors and internal teams to resolve maintenance issues • Follow established safety programs and preventative maintenance schedules • Provide on-call support for facility emergencies • Execute maintenance plans that align with team goals • Maintain strong working relationships with operations teams • Support team member development through regular feedback and coaching • Manage daily priorities while meeting established deadlinesA day in the lifeYour day will focus on hands-on team leadership and problem-solving.

You'll work closely with production teams, address maintenance issues, and implement solutions to keep our facilities running smoothly. By joining us, you'll help support Amazon's mission to be the most customer-centric company on earth. - Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook, and Excel- 2+ years of operations and people management experience- Speak, write, and read fluently in English- Experience using Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)- Experience in reliability/maintenance environments - Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification- Familiarity with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems- Experience with Service Channel and Corrigo- Experience supervising maintenance technicians Knowledge of preventative maintenance programs1+ years of facilities management, or 1+ years of electrical and mechanical facilities maintenance experienceOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
