</strong></p> <p><strong>A day in the life:</strong></p> <p>As a <strong>Creative Quality &amp; Compliance Specialist</strong>, you’ll play an integral part in the overall quality and regulatory integrity of creative output across the Healthcare division, serving as the quality and compliance checkpoint within the creative production workflow. </p> <p>You will act as the gate through which every piece of creative passes before it reaches client Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) reviewers and again before it goes live. You'll review ads, landing pages, emails, social content, and video for MLR regulatory compliance, brand and design standards, and copy accuracy.

</p> <p>While your primary authority is quality and compliance, you’ll also support the creative production workflow by maintaining deliverable trackers, coordinating feedback cycles with client stakeholders, and trafficking tasks between the creative team and client POCs. </p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Pre-Submission Compliance QA: Review all creative assets against MLR requirements — claims accuracy, fair balance, ISI placement, reference linking, branded vs. unbranded vs. </li> </ul> <p><strong>Role Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>4+ years in healthcare or pharmaceutical creative production, agency or in-house, with direct exposure to MLR review workflows</li> <li>Demonstrated understanding of FDA OPDP guidance and 21 CFR 202, including fair balance, ISI placement, branded vs.
