What this job involves:As an Instructional Designer at JLL, you will create impactful learning experiences that empower our global workforce to excel in an ever-evolving real estate landscape. You'll partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to design comprehensive learning solutions across multiple formats — from engaging eLearning courses and instructor-led training to practical documentation, handbooks, and how-to guides.
