</p></div><h3><strong>A day in the life:</strong></h3> <p>As an IT Analyst, Access Control, you make sure the right people have the right access, and that we are not paying for access nobody uses. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, IT, you handle access and license requests through our ticketing system much like a helpdesk analyst, structure entitlements in Okta so access is granted by role and group rather than one-off, and partner with our Operations team to right-size license pools across our SaaS stack. 5/5 or higher CSAT on post-ticket surveys</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Most Important Things (MITs)</strong></p> <ul> <li>Right access, right person, right time, with the approval on record</li> <li>Every license we pay for is being used; unused seats get reclaimed</li> <li>Okta entitlements are structured by role and group, not improvised one-off</li> <li>Partner with Operations on the numbers so license spend stays under control</li> <li>Fast, friendly, helpdesk-quality service to teammates and newly acquired teams</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p><em>Power Digital’s people and culture are at the core of our success, which is why diversity in our team’s backgrounds and experiences are paramount.
