Generate a high performance team in a positive environment. Ensure highest scores for Key Performance Indicators. Lead and assistance the development and execution of the annual Country/Site Operations Plan in alignment with the Regional Strategic Plan. Ensure information is accurately reported within systems. Financial ManagementWork in collaboration and alignment with the IFM Finance Regional team to:Ensure budget execution compliance and accuracy against planning process. Change Management/Client Relationship Management/Marketing & CommunicationsWork in alignment with the Customer Experience Regional team to:Support clients and Key Stakeholders to put in place action or communication plan to mitigate gaps of information, resistance to change or dissatisfaction.

Be the escalation point of contact for site issues, develop action plans to revert negative situations in a preventive, permanent and timely manner. Guide to establish site-specific goals aligned with regional Environmental and Sustainability Program (Energy, Water, Waste & Recycling). Ensure execution of action plan to achieve those goals. Experience:7-9 years’ experience in administrating multiple services and managing teams.
