You’ll partner closely with the Associate Media Director on strategic direction and planning, while fully owning execution, testing, and reporting. Your day includes reviewing pacing and KPIs, identifying optimization opportunities, and designing tests that push performance forward across the full funnel.

You’ll lead client conversations as the subject-matter expert, guide a growing team of Media Managers, and confidently recommend (and defend) strategies that drive real business impact. </li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p><em>Power Digital’s people and culture are at the core of our success, which is why diversity in our team’s backgrounds and experiences are paramount.
