The Sourcing Performance Operations (SPO) team is seeking an innovative, customer-obsessed, high-ownership and data-driven Program Manager to design, implement, and oversee programs that enhance employee engagement, workplace culture, and overall employee satisfaction. This role will be instrumental in creating and maintaining a positive work environment that attracts and retains top talent while fostering professional growth and development. The People Experience & Development Program Manager (PM) must be able to Think Big, Dive Deep, be skilled at managing multiple priorities, and communicating effectively with employees of all levels.

The ideal candidate will be highly detailed and task oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment. He/she will lead and scale programs that enhance the employee experience and drive learning and development across the organization. Must lead employee engagement initiatives that drive measurable improvements in satisfaction and retention. Lead the Recognition Program, ensuring it reinforces desired behaviors and cultural values. Lead development programs that support employee growth and create a high-performing culture.

- Develop and optimize comprehensive on-boarding programs to accelerate employee integration and productivity - Establish and scale mentorship programs to foster professional development and knowledge transfer - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. - Drive change management and stakeholder communications. - Measure program effectiveness using employee feedback and business metrics. - Manage program roadmaps, timelines, budgets, and success metrics. - Present program progress and outcomes to senior leadership. - Experience managing complex, cross-functional programs.
