What this job involves:As an Occupancy Planning and Management Analyst at JLL, you will play a key role in supporting the management of the client’s CAFM/IWMS systems, space and occupancy data, and reporting processes that drive informed real estate decisions across global portfolios. This role focuses on maintaining accurate space, employee, and organizational data while supporting occupancy planning initiatives through analytics, reporting, auditing, and drawing coordination. You will collaborate closely with occupancy planners, project managers, facilities teams, corporate real estate stakeholders, and CAD partners to ensure portfolio data integrity and compliance with established standards.

Success in this role requires a strong understanding of floor plans, space management principles, and data governance practices, along with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Deliver training and guidance to client users and internal teams while fostering collaboration across global stakeholders.
