What this job involves:We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our LATAM PDS team, where you'll play a pivotal role in delivering financial clarity and strategic insights across the region. In this position, you'll prepare comprehensive financial reports, conduct in-depth variance analysis, and support critical budgeting and forecasting processes that drive business decisions. You'll translate complex financial data into actionable insights for diverse audiences, including those without financial backgrounds, while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and attention to detail. What your day-to-day will look like:Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations, ensuring accuracy and clarity in all deliverablesConduct detailed variance analysis comparing actual results against budgets and forecasts, identifying trends and providing explanatory commentary to leadershipSupport annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes by gathering information from business units, validating assumptions, and consolidating financial plansAssist in month-end close activities, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controlsAnalyze profitability by service line or project, identifying areas for margin improvement and cost optimizationAct as a financial business partner to PDS leadership and regional stakeholders, building strong relationships and delivering insights that drive decision-makingPartner with Controllership and Finance Operations teams to support balance sheet reconciliations, revenue accuracy, and pipeline reportingPrepare ad hoc financial reports and analysis as requested by management, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness to evolving business needsRequired qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field5-7 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar roleHigh degree of proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applicationsStrong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and financial metricsExcellent attention to detail with commitment to accuracy in all work productsStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely to diverse audiencesIntermediate to advanced English language proficiencyPreferred qualifications:Portuguese language proficiencyKnowledge of PeopleSoft and Oracle systemsExperience with Power BIDemonstrated ability to develop efficient processes, including automation and simplification, while preserving data integrityLocation: On-site –Belen, CRIIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
