Within our professional services team, you will deliver strategic consulting, design, advisory services, market research, and contact center analytics that deliver insights to improve outcomes and value for our clients. We are seeking a Senior Identity Security professional to lead and optimize identity provisioning and governance across the enterprise. Key ResponsibilitiesLead identity provisioning and lifecycle management (Joiner/Mover/Leaver)Design and manage IGA workflows for access requests and provisioningDefine and maintain entitlement and role modelsSupport AD → Entra ID migration in hybrid environmentsReduce over-provisioning and access sprawlImprove automation, accuracy, and auditabilityEmbed Identity Security principles (least privilege, Zero Trust)Partner across engineering, cloud, and GRC teamsDeliver actionable risk and access recommendationsRequired Qualifications8+ years experience in Identity Security, IAM, and IGAHands-on experience with an IGA platform (Saviynt preferred)Experience with AD to Entra ID migrationsStrong knowledge of identity lifecycle, RBAC, and hybrid identityAbility to assess risk and drive remediationPreferredExperience with SaviyntExperience scaling enterprise provisioning or IGA programsFamiliarity with NIST, SOX, or audit controlsWhat We're Looking ForClear communicator across technical and business audiencesCollaborative partner who builds strong relationshipsProblem-solver who simplifies complex challengesService-oriented mindset balancing security and usability - Curious and continuously improving processesLocation:MEX Work-at-HomeLanguage Requirements:Time Type:Full time
