TransUnion's Job Applicant Privacy NoticeTeam OverviewTransUnion’s Global Infrastructure Technology Services (GITS) team supports the secure, reliable, and efficient operation of the company’s technology infrastructure. The team manages network services, infrastructure operations, service improvements, and operational support that help maintain businesscontinuity across TransUnion. Required Knowledge And Experiences6+ years of enterprise network engineering and operations experience in complex environments. 3+ years of experience with VPN technologies, including Cisco AnyConnect and Zero Trust solutions.

3+ years of experience supporting and optimizing enterprise wireless LAN environments. 2+ years of experience with SD-WAN deployment and support. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Required Technical Skills Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, NAT/PAT, and VPN technologies. Experience supporting enterprise firewalls such as Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, Check Point, or equivalent. Strong understanding of SD-WAN technologies, including Cisco Viptela and Meraki.

Experience configuring and optimizing Cisco Meraki, Aruba, or similar wireless LAN solutions. Experience with ITIL, ITSM tools, Change Management, and release/rollback processes, plus strong English communication and the ability to collaborate across global teams and vendor partners. Desired Skills We’re also looking for the preferred skills below. Whether you are proficient or could use some brushing up, we’re happy to support your career development and growth in: Cloud networking experience in Azure and/or AWS. Relevant certifications such as CCNP, PCNSE, Aruba, or AWS/Azure Networking.

Experience with automation, scripting, or infrastructure-as-code tools.
