What this job involves:As a Senior Specialist Analytics Developer within JLL's Analytics Centre of Excellence, you'll serve as the most senior individual contributor driving technical excellence across complex analytics solutions. This role sits at the intersection of deep technical expertise and collaborative mentorship, where you'll take ownership of quality and governance throughout the Develop and Deliver phases while consulting on solution viability during Discover and Define activities. Beyond building sophisticated analytics solutions that transform how JLL and our clients make data-informed decisions, you'll play a pivotal role in elevating the capabilities of Analytics Developers and Specialist Analytics Developers across the team through coaching and knowledge sharing.

You'll work within our defined Analytics Lifecycle and Target Operating Model, ensuring every solution meets the highest standards while fostering a culture grounded in customer focus, collaboration, integrity and courage. What your day-to-day will look like:Lead technical delivery of complex analytics initiatives, defining solution architecture, data models and development standards while ensuring alignment with the Analytics Centre of Excellence Target Operating ModelBuild the most technically sophisticated analytics solutions using Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python and Databricks, setting the standard for quality and innovation across the teamOversee quality assurance processes across your sub-team, conducting comprehensive code reviews, data validation and visualisation assessments to ensure all solutions meet production-ready standards before releaseConsult on new project intake by providing technical assessments of proposed solutions, advising on feasibility, effort estimation and optimal delivery approaches that inform prioritisation decisionsMentor and develop Analytics Developers and Specialist Analytics Developers through coaching, knowledge sharing and structured feedback cycles that continuously raise analytics practice standardsManage the publish and documentation process, ensuring all solutions are correctly deployed to the Azara production environment with comprehensive, accessible documentationDrive innovation by identifying and piloting opportunities to leverage AI and automation that deliver measurable efficiency gains across Analytics Centre of Excellence operationsPartner with account teams, platform solutions teams and global stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical business solutions that deliver quantifiable valueLead sprint developments within an agile framework, effectively managing multiple priorities while maintaining clear communication with peer Team Leads and the Senior Operations LeadRequired qualifications:5+ years of experience in analytics delivery with 1+ years in a senior or technical specialist capacity within a business intelligence or analytics teamExpert-level proficiency in Tableau and/or Power BI with demonstrated ability to deliver complex, governed analytics solutions to production standardStrong technical capabilities in SQL, Python and Databricks for data transformation, processing and advanced analyticsProven track record of technical delivery within agile environments, including experience with sprint management and DevOps toolingExceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with demonstrated capacity to translate analytics into actionable business decisions and transformationOutstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex analytic concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences at all organizational levelsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while effectively managing stakeholder expectations and maintaining quality standardsExperience integrating complex, cross-corporate processes and data models within large-scale analytics environmentsSelf-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently while fostering collaboration across business functionsPreferred qualifications:Degree in data science, analytics, statistics, computer science or related fieldExperience with Microsoft Power Automate for building automation flows and process optimizationFamiliarity with Microsoft DevOps or similar program management and version control platformsBackground in real estate analytics, property technology or related industriesExperience driving data fluency initiatives and promoting data-informed culture across diverse stakeholder groupsTrack record of implementing AI-driven solutions that deliver measurable operational improvementsPrevious experience working in global, distributed teams across multiple time zonesExperience mentoring junior team members and facilitating technical skill developmentLocation: On-site –Belen, CRIIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
