We are offering an exciting opportunity to strengthen and accelerate the strategic agenda of CAMCAR through the role of Strategy & Business Operations Head – CAMCAR. Acting as the bridge between strategy and execution, the role will help the organization balance short-term business performance with long-term growth ambitions. It will provide strategic insights, challenge thinking constructively, support enterprise decision-making, and help focus resources and organizational energy on the priorities that create the greatest value for patients and the business.

Working closely with the LATAM Strategy & Business Operations organization and cross-functional leaders across CAMCAR, the incumbent will drive transformation, innovation and organizational effectiveness initiatives that strengthen capabilities, simplify ways of working, and improve business outcomes. As a member of the CAMCAR Senior Management Team, the incumbent will actively contribute to shaping the future direction of the Cluster, bringing an enterprise perspective, strong business acumen, digital and AI-driven thinking, and the ability to navigate complexity with agility.
