The Practice- A Brief Sketch:The GN Strategy Industry Group is a part of Accenture Strategy and focuses on strategic priorities for the C-suite. We help clients with strategies that are at the intersection of business and technology, drive value and impact, shape new businesses & design operating models for the future.

The candidate will be required to have exposure to core-strategy projects in Public Service domain with a primary focus on Strategy and secondary focus on IT Strategy. , UN SDGs, ESG reporting)- Client Engagement:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the Health & Public Services sector, acting as a trusted advisor or strategy clientsLead client discussions to identify challenges and opportunities, aligning solutions with organizational goals- Project Management:Co-lead the design, implementation, and monitoring of strategy projects, ensuring delivery excellence and measurable outcomes- Business Development:Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Health & Public Services sector, including RFP responses and proposalsCollaborate with internal teams to expand service offerings and develop innovative approaches to sustainability challenges- Team Leadership and Development:Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learningBuild capacity in strategy expertise within the team, ensuring alignment with market needs and trendsQualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree required with MBA or equivalent degree preferredExperience: Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, corporate sustainability, or related fields.
