THE WORK:You will work closely with our clients as consulting professionals who design, build, and implement initiatives that can help enhance business performance. As part of the team, you will drive the following:Gather business requirements, design process & define implementation strategy for leading marketing automation platforms preferably SalesforceExperience working on developing business cases for campaign strategies, technology solutionsAbility to conduct fit gap analysis and map platform capabilities to business requirementsCollaborate with clients to understand their business goals, target audiences, and help achieve marketing objectives.

Flexible: We operate on a hybrid working model, with employees expected to share their time between WFH and from the office to support collaboration, learning, relationship building, and team connection. As Global Network Song (GN Song) works closely with clients, the ability and willingness to travel and work from client locations may occasionally be required, primarily across the Americas, with opportunities to support global clients and engagements as needed. Across all roles, we aim to provide flexibility while maintaining meaningful in-person time with clients, peers, leaders, and communities, supporting both business objectives and individual work/life needs.
