The HR Solutions Supervisor provides day-to-day leadership for a team responsible for delivering HR services and support across the organization. This role is accountable for team performance, operational excellence, talent development, process optimization, and service delivery outcomes.

How you’ll make an impact:Supervise employees and coordinate daily workflow in assigned HRS workstream, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and in alignment with service level agreements and service catalogue. Monitor, review, and optimize HRS processes and knowledge articles, identifying opportunities for operational excellence and efficiency. What are we looking for (Required):Bachelor's Degree in related field, and minimum 2 years of previous experience in human resources including demonstrated track record in supervising employees. Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and build strong partnerships at all levels of the organization.
