What you will getAn agile career and dynamic working cultureAn inclusive and ethical workplaceCompensation programs that recognize high performanceA variety of benefits dependent on role and locationWhat you will do:Lead end-to-end supplier quality processes such as Vendor Change Notifications (VCNs), Supplier Quality Agreements (QAAs), and supplier complaints to ensure timely and compliant handlingEvaluate supplier changes and requests using risk-based and analytical decision-making to protect product quality and supply continuityReview and approve supply chain records (VSCI) governing the use of materials, services, and equipment across the Lonza networkCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, QC, Procurement, MSAT, Planning) to assess impact and manage risks effectivelyMaintain accurate supplier documentation, ensuring compliance with quality management systems, regulatory requirements, and data integrity standardsMonitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supplier quality processes, identifying risks and driving continuous improvementAct as a global point of contact for supplier quality topics, supporting audits, inspections, and alignment across internal and external stakeholdersWhat we are looking forExperience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry within Supplier QualityStrong knowledge of cGMP regulations, quality systems, and regulatory requirementsProven analytical, problem-solving, and risk assessment capabilitiesAbility to manage complex workflows and make sound decisions in dynamic, cross-functional environmentsStrong communication and stakeholder management skills across global teamsDegree in a scientific discipline such as Biochemistry, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Microbiology, or Biotechnology (or equivalent)Business fluency in EnglishAbout LonzaAt Lonza, our people are our greatest strength.
