What you will doIndependently manage an ongoing load of primarily professional level across multiple functions and Business UnitsBuild and execute recruiting strategies which include target lists, job description review, candidate assessment, sourcing methodologies, research, proactive cold calling and candidate development, interviewer preparation and coaching, feedback collection, creation and negotiation of offers, and reference checkingCreate strong internal and external relationships in the function/industry in order to build a candidate pipeline for current and future openingsTalent acquisition advisor to hiring managersCommunicate appropriately, proactively and consistently with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, external contacts, candidates and prospects to ensure a positive client and candidate experiencePrioritize work and set appropriate expectations with hiring managers and partnersUtilize passive and direct sourcing techniques, and seek new methods and innovative solutions, to identify and attract prospective candidates and build talent pipelineRepresent and differentiate Equifax to external candidates by effectively describing our business, strategy, culture and valuesManage external vendors including contingency and retained search firmsPartner with Talent Acquisition Managers and recruiting peers to share talent, market intelligence, and best practice recruiting methodologyComply with all Talent Acquisition and broader Equifax policies, procedures and risk requirementsWhat experience you need5+ years’ experience in recruiting senior level professionalsBachelor’s degree or equivalent recruiting experience requiredStrong consultative skills with experience applying knowledge of key business drivers within the analytics industry highly preferredStrong sense of urgency and continual drive for process improvementExpertise in professional social networking used to market roles, connect to and identify qualified candidatesAbility to prioritize and organize work to meet deadlines and deliver high quality resultsExperience working with an Applicant Tracking System in a high volume, professional recruiting environment requiredProven track record of developing, assessing, attracting and hiring successful senior level talentProven advisor to hiring managers regarding recruitment plans and execution, candidate assessment and hiring, and market intelligenceDemonstrate strong influencing, decision making and execution skillsAbility to overcome obstacles, proactively manage expectations and relationships, provide innovative ideas and solutions, and shares best practicesStrong project management, analytical and critical thinking skillsWhat could set you apart3+ years of agency recruiting experience highly preferredExperience using Workday and BeameryPrimary Location:CRI-SabanaFunction:Function - Human ResourcesSchedule:Full time
