Job Requisition: Team Lead, Analytics ServicesWhat this opportunity involves:The Team Lead, Analytics Services role will join JLL's global analytics team to provide hands-on leadership and technical support for our data management, compliance, and reporting functions. This is a working leadership position focused on mentoring, task coordination, and quality control while still performing analytical work alongside the team. The Team Lead will guide team members through day-to-day deliverables, perform quality reviews, and help maintain high-quality service delivery across client accounts.

Essential duties and responsibilities include:Project Coordination & Delivery:Coordinate daily project tasks and assignments for team analystsTrack project progress and communicate updates to Team ManagerReview team deliverables for quality and accuracy before submissionPerform analytical work on client projects as a contributing team memberIdentify project issues early and escalate to Team Manager as neededSupport multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlinesTeam Coordination & Mentorship:Guide and mentor analysts on project work and analytical tasksProvide feedback to help team members improve their work qualityHelp onboard and train new team members on processes and toolsConduct regular check-ins with team members to answer questions and provide supportSupport Team Manager with performance feedback for team membersTechnical Support & Quality Control:Serve as a resource for analytics tools and reporting methodsDrive continuous improvement in service delivery and operational efficiencyMaintain quality standards for team deliverablesHelp troubleshoot technical problems and find solutionsCreate and maintain templates and process documentationKeep up with relevant tools and methods in analytics and sustainability reportingDemonstrate quality work through your own deliverablesClient Support & Communication:Serve as trusted advisor to clients while ensuring high satisfaction and long-term retention outcomesAttend client meetings with Team Manager to understand project needsRespond to basic client questions and coordinate team supportBreak down client requests into work tasks for the teamEnsure deliverables meet client needs and are delivered on timeHelp prepare client reports and presentationsProcess Support & Continuous Improvement:Suggest ways to improve team workflows and efficiencySeek opportunities to transfer knowledge across Analytics teams to help others learn and grow professionallyWork with regional leadership to support team development and implementation of standardized processes and technology across the teamHelp implement new processes and toolsCreate training materials and documentation for the teamAssist Team Manager with workload planningTrack team progress and provide input on improvementsThe successful candidate will have the following:Required Qualifications:3-5 years of professional experience in analytics, consulting, or related fieldAt least 2 years of team leadership experienceStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)Experience in sustainability reporting, compliance reporting, or consulting analyticsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesStrong attention to detailGood written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProblem-solving skillsPreferred Qualifications:Experience with real estate or building performance analyticsExperience with environmental reporting software and working with large datasetsFamiliarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)Previous experience as a team lead or senior analystExperience supporting North American clientsBasic understanding of project managementBachelor's degree in Analytics, Environmental Science, Business, or related fieldKey Deliverables:Daily coordination of project tasks and team activities with quality oversightGuidance and mentorship to analysts to support their developmentQuality analytical deliverables that meet client expectationsRegular updates to Team Manager on project status and team needsProcess documentation and improvements to help team efficiencyLocation: On-site –Belen, CRIIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
